need help setting up vpn access for a friend
Hey guys, I have a friend who's parents have word filters on his internet (for his younger siblings) that are just ridiculous and giving him problems. Currently I let him use my internet connection via an ssh tunnel but a VPN seems a nicer setup (he's using Windows 7). He can access my shared files on my network if he likes, I don't care. I just need help installing some VPN software for him to connect to (and maybe forwarding the right ports in my router). A quick search for VPN didn't turn up too much on the wiki.

OpenVPN will do the job for you - it's relatively easy to set up and it's cross-platform.
