I have no sound, may be two cards conflict? Help

I got a Acer Aspire 4738g with HD6370M. Everything is OK but Audio. alsamix seems recognize the cards but shows no channel. kmix shows channel Master, PCM, etc. but no sound at all.

I think it may be two cards conflict. Can/How I disable the HDMI Audio? (no options in bios)

alsaconf say it can't recognize my sound cards

headphone output is correctly, only internal speaker has no sound
