xmlrpc command missing

I'm having a problem with XMLRPC and rtorrent. On Ubuntu I used the xmlrpc command to control rtorrent with cron jobs. I want to do the same on Arch, but the command is not there. The only command that is close is xmlrpc-c-config, but I don't think that will help. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

I have the same problem. In the documentation on http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/doc/ it says however that the xmlrpc command is a utility program. "Because the utility programs are not essential to the package, the default install tools don't install them at all".

Haven't tried compiling form source yet, so don't know if that solves it. It should then be in the tools folder where you build it.

I've make an AUR package: 'xmlrpc-c-utils-svn' at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=54633

this package contains xmlrpc command.
