hyper transport sync flood error

I have been getting this error on arch only, not on windows. I have about 10 daemons running (see pastebin) and usually have a firefox browser open with 4 tabs, pidgin, a terminal, and banshee muisc player. When I open a somewhat intensive program, or intensive flash website. This has happened in the past when I used mpd instead of banshee. It's really annoying and looked at this post https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=101044 and it didn't do me any good. I have read something about the CPU not getting enough volts on tom's hardware, unless the OS is doing that, I'm stumped on this problem.
