Alas, my last update was not quite perfect:  I patched DWM to invert seltag colors for easier visual identification now.  Cheers.

Yes, it is clearlooks (I modified it a little) and faenza-dark icons. Since I'm here, here's my current monstrosity (still playing with conky and dzen):

The font is Arial bold and the icons are a mixture of sm4tik, robs and thayers from Rob Maneas site.

That setup is amazing.
It looks like you are using xmonad and possibly the solarized colorscheme.
Any chance I could get the configs for your status bars or even your xmonad.hs ?

Nice choice, I also use zathura. I'm really used to vim keybindings, so I also use sxiv for viewing images.
