Privoxy fails when used with TOR.
Since updating Privoxy, it does not seem to work with TOR. Loading websites simply times out. I changed to the new config and added nothing but the standard forwarding line.
forward-socks4a / 127.0.0.1:9050 .
This is the log output from TOR. I have a lot of these.
Dec 9 18:55:35 home Tor[1155]: Tried for 120 seconds to get a connection to [scrubbed]:0. Giving up. (waiting for socks info)
The Privoxy logs have nothing relevant. Rolling back to the previous version of Privoxy and the old config fixes the problem.
Not quite sure what the deal is.

Just wanted to report that the latest Privoxy seems to fix this.
