Updated my kernel and ndiswrapper yesterday and after that when I try to modprobe ndiswrapper whole system just freezes. Error message I get is following:
BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s! [kworker/u:3:141]
Process kworker/u:3 (pid: 141, ti f4de0000 task f4d70d50 task.ti=f4de0000)
Stack:
Call Trace:
Code 74 26 00 8b... etc
Any suggestions to solve this?

No suggestions, but are you sure you still need ndiswrapper? There are native drivers for nearly all wifi chipsets these days.

Except these, http://www.wikidevi.com/files/SiS/ but those won't compile.
