I followed the guide over at wiki.archlinux.org for setting up a bridge and tap interfaces for use with my virtual machines, everything worked perfectly until I tried setting up more than 1 tap interface.
When server 1 has been started and assigned tap0 it runs just fine but as soon as I boot server 2 with and assign it the interface tap1, server 1 looses it's connectivity. At first I thought that tap1 stole the dhcp-lease from tap0(perhaps a crazy thought, but I'm new to this so bare with me) but after that tap0 has lost it's connection, tap1 is also disconnected. As if they cancel eachother out.
Anyone with experience of this situation?

Turns out that the tap interface were recieving the same mac-address, some scripting took care of that and now everything is working just fine. :-)
