I can't open my extrnal hard

Hi all!,:D
When i'm going to open my extranal hard(with :USB 2 or eSATA)

An error occurred while accessing 'baba', the system responded: The requested operation has failed.: Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 13: Incomplete multi-sector transfer: magic: 0x454c4946  size: 1024  usa_ofs: 48  usa_count: 0  data: 568  usn: 569: Input/output error
$MFT error: Incomplete multi sector transfer detected in '$Volume'.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc1': Input/output error
NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.

What happens when you try to manually mount the drive?

Might need to run

chkdsk /R

since this is a windows closed filesystem not a whole can be done in linux for this. There are a few tools but nothing complete.

NTFS is a windows filesystem, you will need windows to run that command.

Should not format anything. I should only check the filesystem and try to fix any errors.
