Networkmanager wireless off by default

I have my wireless networks running normally without any problem while connecting. The only problem I have is that NetworkManager considers the wireless off by default and every time I restart the computer I have to turn it on manually on the applet, it's quite annoying. This happens in both Gnome nm-applet and KDE Plasma Networkmanagement. I already tried remove everything, even the config files and installing it again, but no results.

Does anybody know how to enable wireless by default?
