1. Global Menu.
2. Panel on autohide.
3. No titlebars, toolbars or window controls.
4. All rarely used elements are hidden.
5. Most of apps are run on fullscreen.
-> About as simple as one can get without touching the code.I'm looking for this icon so if anyone knows where to find it I would be glad to know.

How do you get #3? the toolbars are part of the global menu, but how do you get rid of the window controls and titlebar?

Create window specific rule for "app" named ".*" with option to hide the the titlebar in window decoration settings. It hides all of them. To make the remaining borders smaller you could also set the border size to "small".

Wich global menu are you using?
Indeed, I tried to install both plasma-globalmenu-mod and plasma-globalmenu but both ended with the same error:
...
/usr/lib/libQtXml.so.4: could not read symbols: Invalid operation
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [globalmenu] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/globalmenu.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Aborting...
The build failed.
As there is no maintainer for either package I wonder how you got it on your box, Teho?
EDIT:
Ah, just noticed that appmenu-qt is recommended. Now, how to use it...

Decided I'd try out KDE 4.8. I'm surprised by how much I like it. I'm usually not a KDE guy. They did a good job with 4.8

Excellent theme. Could you please link or name the theme?

Pretty! (Not you, the theme)
Anyways can you make a less blurry version also?
The icons in dolphin and window borders have way too blurred edges for my taste

Lol what is it with Arch Users beeing into Manga and Anime?
Awesome eyecandy stuff here. I think I'll switch from Gnome 3.2 to KDE 4.8 next week.
Not that I'm unsatisfied but I like to try something new.

When you've tried KDE you'll know that you weren't satisfied with Gnome 3

What video player is that?
Mine: KDE 4.8 with icontasks. Pretty vanilla, but I like it.
EDIT: Hm, both imgur and omploader died on me...

The tasklist shows a VLC icon. So my guess is VLC skinned.
