Hey all.
Im trying to get etherape to work. Using gnome3 as DE, it installs fine and is listed in the menu. But when opened it tells me it requires "root privalidges". On debian two icons appear in the menu. One as in arch, and one that has (Superuser) after it in the menu name. So there its no problem. But with arch im not sure how to grant root privalidges when the icon is pressed in the menu.
Any ideas on how to get it to work ?

Install 'gksu' and add an entry for etherape with the command "gksu etherape"...this will spawn a popup to enter root-passwort.

Thx for your reply. Sounds easy, sadly i have no idea were to add that entry. On gnome2 you could right click the icon in the menu and edit its command. With gnome3 thats no longer an option. Any advise on were to find this function would be greatly appriciated.
