own email

I want to setup my own email address and being able to provible email for a couple people my question is can the HULA software allows me to do this? if not where would I find a simple how to to get one.

yes. Hula can indeed do this. So can postfix, exim, sendmail, and others.

There is a hula pkgbuild in the aur (a bit dated--i need to update it), and a binary package in my personal repository.

The arch wiki has information about setting up postfix, as well as some of the other mailers.
