[SOLVED]Downloads stall after some time.

Hello
I have a problem downloading large files, When i start downloading something, Download speed starts at 30KB/s (my max speed) but after 1 or 2 minutes it starts reducing until it reaches 0 B/s.
I have tried downloading with http and torrent, Both have this problem.
I have also searched for some solutions and came up with some (very) old solutions that didn't work. it looks like it's something with router but i have no issues with Windows.
The only solution i have now is to stop the download and resume it after it stalls which is annoying

BTW i'm new to linux and sorry for my bad english.

Edit: Problem solved with few reboots and setting router back to factory settings
