Ethernet is working, wifi not(but it shows wifi, networkmanager proble

I have installed networkmanager and also it is in rc.conf.
I have intel wireless card and I use driver ipw2200(I tryed rmmod ipw2200 and then modprobe ipw2200, but it doesnt helped).

Ethernet is working without problem.

complete upgrade of system helped...
