how can I set apache to bu runed as a service(auto run when)

Maybe that's a very far thing.
Now what are you involved to do most, security? package manage method? or other things?
There is a security system in fedora core linux called SELinux, it provides a additional permission control feature that help us to control the system more efficient.
Infact I don't know any more.
I wonder what do you think about this, or what do you think is the most need thing in arch.
