[SOLVED]usb mouse won't work while works on battery
when my laptop uses only battery,my usb mouse didn't work; but the light of the mouse is still on.

Welcome to the forums.
Are you using "Laptop Mode Tools" for powersaving? If so, this is probably the issue.

in /etc/laptop-mod/conf.d/
i set CONTROL_USB_AUTOSUSPEND to 0 and it works
thank you very much!
but i still can't understand why it always suspended and that
the orginal value of CONTROL_USB_AUTOSUSPEND was "auto" and
AUTOSUSPEND_TIMEOUT was 2 .

You don't have to completely disable usb autosuspend if you don't want to. Simply blacklisting your usb mouse in /etc/laptop-mode/conf.d/usb-autosuspend.conf should be sufficient.
