Re: [SOLVED] Since networkmanager upgrade wifi dowsn't connect anymore

Same issues here, similar to others described. I have IPv6 native (dual stack) on my internal network, so disabling it isn't desirable. Intel abgn card.

As other described it attempts to connect to wifi. Both dots turn green and the icon sits and spins for a few seconds before disconnecting and then attempting to reconnect a couple of seconds later. It just loops doing this forever. I can see that it does grab an IPv6 IP address, then an IPv4, then sits a couple seconds, then disconnects. I also see from the logs on my router that it is successfully retrieving both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses before it disconnects.

Reverting to previous versions of networkmanager and libnl from my pacman cache resolved the problem.

Re: [SOLVED] Since networkmanager upgrade wifi dowsn't connect anymore

I don't know if the issue is the same but I just installed Arch, surprisingly my wifi was detected during the installation (BCM43225) so I could install the last packages associating my to my network with wpa_supplicant. But then when I installed "networkmanager" I can't work with it properly. It connects to the network and after a few seconds it disconnects in a loop.

Did a pacman -Syu today. I now have the new network manager and ipv6 works fine.
