How to install?

Hello,

i am from germany so my english is not the best. I want to try arch linux out but i don't know how to install it. The text installer is too much difficult for me and all it's in english can anybody help me?

Hi josy556,

Arch is a do-it-yourself distro: if you are having trouble with the Beginners' Guide or any of the other documentation in English, you might want to try the German version: https://wiki.archlinux.de/

If your difficulty is with the technical nature of the documentation, not just the language, then you will probably struggle with Arch.

thx for the answers but i think for a newbie i should choose another linux distribution wich is easier.

You are right. If you feel you aren't comfortable with it now, then you should use something else.

Good luck in finding a distro out there. There are surely lots of good choices. Hope you find one you like.
