Forum Bug?

On the main page, it says that the newest Registered user is : nidhin

Here's a screenshot.
tZTZteg

If we see this user's profile, he registered on the 20th May 2012. I know for a fact that many more users registered after that as can be verified by a simple search in the User List

https://bbs.archlinux.org/userlist.php? … rch=Submit

Is this a bug in the forum software, or just a setting that can be changed by Pierre/Allan? If the former, I can file a bug report upstream.

Re: Forum Bug?

It's a bug by design. FluxBB uses a "cache" which writes data into a PHP file and the loads that on every request. Problem is that I have set the opcode cache to not check on every request whether a php file was changed. This saves us a lot of stat calls.

Re: Forum Bug?

Fair enough. Thanks Pierre.
