D-Link DFE-530TX not working.

I have got this problem since i bought this Ethernet adapter. I mainly boght it, because I wanted to run OpenBSD. But it just doesn't work. Theres i light when I plug my ethernet cable to it, but that it just about it.
I have tried to disable my onboard ethernet controller (VIA Technologies Inc|VT3119 Gigabit Ethernet Controller), and add "pci=routeirq". But that hasn't worked at all.

From 'lspci -vv

01:07.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6105 [Rhine-III] (rev 86)
