[SOLVED] mounting truecrypt with 'linux-lts'

I am running the Linux LTS kernel because the latest one has too many driver issues for my Toshiba NB505. But yesterday I was trying to mount a truecrypt drive and it wasn't working. It said that it failed to create a loop device.

According to the wiki it says

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Truecrypt#Mount_volumes_as_a_normal_user wrote:

If you use any kernel other than linux install the corresponding kernel module.

So what module do I need for the LTS kernel? Do I need any modules for the latest truecrypt release with the LTS kernel at all?

Re: [SOLVED] mounting truecrypt with 'linux-lts'

If I'm not mistaken, the kernel just needs to have Crypto support. The LTS kernel has this, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Have a look at this section of the Truecrypt wiki page and check the suggestions made there.
