freenode + multiple connections
I'm just curious if anyone knows freenode's connection policy. It seems I cannot connect twice to the network. One always succeeds, but the second just hangs, as if freenode won't accept it.
Actually, right now it seems I cannot connect at all so maybe something else is going on.........
