Corrupted Downloaded Files with Mobile Broadband Connection

Hi,
I have noticed that files downloaded when using mobile broadband connection get sometimes corrupted. It does not matter which program you use to download it.
I first noticed it while updating system with pacman. Then the packages do not install with an error of bad signature. Using different methods for download the file produces the same effect. I have noticed also corrupted attached files in mail.
When using Wifi connection I have never noticed this problem.
I am using modemmanager 0.5.2.0-2.
The system is a Lenovo X220 using a mobile broadband module Ericsson F5521gw (USB vendor/product ID 0bdb:1911).
Using a different OS with the same computer and mobile provider I have not noticed this issues.
Any idea how to find what is causing this?

Thanks in advance.
