rc.conf: where to put old DAEMON_LOCALE directive

Hello.
In the course of cleaning-up my rc.conf from the old syntax, I still do not know in which config file to put the directive:
DAEMON_LOCALE="yes"
which is useful to me for starting httpd with the proper locale.
I checked man locale.conf, but this directive is not shown.
