That's the stock 4.2 taskbar. There'a an option to change the width in the Settings Manager.

Well I must give credit where credit is due, I got the conky layout from here and chopped out stuff I didn't want so it fit in that space there that was begging for something

Look at that crappy fluxbox bug tho! Transparent workspace title area/rest of the toolbar is opaque - been like that as long as I can remember now - what a pile of doggy doo

Probably as easy as it would be for me to switch window managers I'm just too slack. Let me look for some good themes for PekWM, I'd consider giving that a try as it's similar to what I'm used to, I don't like Ob, tried that
