On the other hand it could be the svn panel but... top panel looks like the stock 4.2.x one .

That's the stock 4.2 taskbar. There'a an option to change the width in the Settings Manager.

Probably as easy as it would be for me to switch window managers I'm just too slack. Let me look for some good themes for PekWM, I'd consider giving that a try as it's similar to what I'm used to, I don't like Ob, tried that
