I am having problems to access samba shares, either in nautilus, or pcmanfm, or the shell:
$ smbclient -L 10.0.0.6 -U aluno Enter aluno's password: session request to 10.0.0.6 failed (Called name not present) protocol negotiation failed: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT
In the file managers I get the following errors:
Failed to retrieve share list from server
I do have gnome-gvfs installed. When my system is acting as
a samba server, people can access it without problems.
There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path.
