Redirecting web server root folder

Hi,

I was wondering how can i redirect my www.domain.com to www.domain.com/folder

A bit of backgroun info: I have several "parts", like a CMS, a forum and a wiki, and they are all in separate folders, i wish to keep it that way, and leave the root of the server as clean as i can.

Ive been searching, and read about mod_rewrite, touching everything inside Webmin, and trying with .htaccess, but i cant get it to work... can someone lend me a hand?

simplist solution?
in your root web folder..create a php file..

<?php
header('Location: http://www.domain.com/folder');
?>

Thanks cactus. It worked just fine...

Although i have a question, this is the "simplest", which would be the best? (if there is, i mean from the security, standars and that kind of view)

hmm. maybe a mod_rewrite rule with apache.
