Registering Captcha for spammers is not working properly

Hello

I'm a just registered user, when i tried to answer the security question i really wasn't able to do it. I run the command on a terminal in my laptop and pasted the output, which didn't worked. I had to do some research online and realized that my pc's output for date -u +%W$(uname) was 47Linux, but what the captcha was expecting was 48Linux. I don't know if that's supposed to happen but well, it had me for some time looking for the answer.

It should be 48. Is your system clock off?

Just found the problem. I think it might have to do with the time when i ran the command. Here it was sunday, but i believe that for the server it was already monday, so linux took it as one week more. Maybe that should be considered for the captcha.

Hence the command you are asked to run using UTC time...

Jmmm for some reason my PC thought that my local time was UTC, i just fixed that. Thank you.
