I've configured by BIND server according to proper procedure, and have port 53 UDP forwarded to my server machine, but when I do an online check of my DNS, i get the following:

I'm not sure what's causing this. Any thoughts?

I've run another test at DNSReport.com to see if I can pinpoint a source of error:
