Xampp (Apache)

Hello all.
I have a problem with xampp. After installing i try to running it. But have an error.

XAMPP: Error 139! Couldn't start Apache!

and

Error 1! Couln't start ProFTPD!.

I have try to search on google, but i dont find a way to solve this problem.
In /opt/lampp/ no apache folder.

If need more information, pls tell.

(Sorry for my bad English)
