Then fan is running 100%, noise is terrible and nothing that I know of but reboot helps. Sometimes I had this same problem on Ubuntu and all went normal if suspended again, so this should be solvable.

What kernel are you on? Have you tried older/newer kernels? Does this issue exist across all kernels tested?

Well 'uname -a' tells 3.7.9-1-ARCH. Haven't tried anything because no idea where to start looking. :-) I guess it's same with every kernel, because Ubuntu 10.04-12.04 had this same problem but occurred randomly, like once a month. Now that happens every time and won't stop until reboot (sure there are better ways but I am very noob).

You should try to offer more information: What is your computer model and processor, journalctl log from the wakeup period. Also, make sure all your vents are clean and clear of dust.

Well of course I forgot all important information. I opened and cleaned everything half-year ago. Model is HP 550: celeron M 550 and intel X3100 gpu. .
