Okay so my college uses Juniper VPN client and ever since I updated to aur/jdk7 I have had issues. I am required to have java 7 for the development project I am working on, yet I need to have the ability to go through Firefox/Chromium to download the Java Network Connect application my school requires to log in to the VPN.
I go to the site, log in, correct, try to download the app and loop back to the start menu again. I tried installing the bin32-jre 6 but it was outdated and I tried the jdk6-compat but it would only work with openjdk7! I am wondering if anybody knows of a work around for using Java 6 multi-lib version with Oracle JDK 7 update 17 installed too?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
