What file format is the original picture (JPG, PNG, RAW...)? What applications are you using to view them?
Color rendering is very subjective. Every video card is controlled by the operating system. The operating system can make the colors look warm or cold or desaturated or anything. You can read more about it here and here.

Additionally, you might be better able to show the differences by taking screenshots of each rather than murky photos.
Are they on the same brightness settings?

I can see your head in the reflection on the monitor & the ceiling in the linux picture. Lighting and even the position that you take the picture from matters to the quality.

Catalyst performance is usually inferior in linux when compared to windows but not down to the level of picture clarity shown by the OP.
As suggested by thesystematic screenshot would have been better than photos.
