[SOLVED] SSH become refused after enable SFTP

hi, i have problem with SFTP.
first, i can connect to my server through SSH over port 1609
then i want to enable SFTP feature on my server with adding

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/ssh/sftp-server

on my sshd_config

after that, i still cant connect to sftp with filezilla. it say Network error: Connection refused
also, i cant connect to SSH. it also say connection refused.
when i disable

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/ssh/sftp-server

i can connect to my server through SSH again

why? someone know where's the problem??

You don't need to enable that feature on a default Arch ssh to connect via SFTP.
