Error : "Daemon script mysqld does not exist or is not executable."

Greeting for every one.
Last day i got wired problem with mysqld , its suddnly gone from the rc.d list . and when i try to start the daemon using "rc.d start mysqld" i got this error :
"Daemon script mysqld does not exist or is not executable." , but i'm able to start using mysqld_safe ! .
Is there any fix for this issue ?

Edit: I have reinstalled mysql again , but still same issue .

Incredible, it's been over 4 months since initscripts support has been dropped and there are still people who haven't noticed. How do you guys do that?
