[solved] NetworkManager as user without password.

I just installed Arch Linux on my wife's netbook with KDE. Everything went fine.

Problem is that when the desktop is up kwallet appears and wants a password for NetworkManager services, in this case the wireless. I added the user to the network group and setup a file for that case which I found on the Arch NetworkManager wiki in polkit-1. On the other hand I read that this is pretty useless with systemd.

I haven't found a workaround yet and searching the forum or search engine didn't come up with a solution either.

If do not want the kwallet security, you can disable it from Network Management Settings -> other ->  connection secrets -< in file. However, I donot know the security impacts of doing this.

Ah, thanks. I'll try that today and post here if it worked or not.
