I've set up a vpn connection in NetworkManager, and saved the group password. To be clear, if I go back in to Edit Connections and look at the details for my VPN connection, the group password is there and it is correct. Yet when I go to bring the connection up, the password dialog box still asks me for the group password. Behaviour on other systems is, if the group password is saved in the profile, then the dialog only asks for your user password. I've been hunting around on the Goog but not found anything yet.
I notice the group password is not in the profile file under /etc/NetworkManager. Not sure where it is being stored?
