wvdial with UMTS usb stick suddenly only replies with NO CARRIER

Hey there,

I have the following problem:
my umts usb stick suddenly started responding with NO CARRIER when i wvdial.
Yesterday it just worked fine, I didn't install any updates.
My wvdial.conf looks like this:

I'm using a HUAWEI "MEDIONmobile web stick" model S4011 (I think this is NOT the HUAWEI model number).

On my Windows 7 (which is what I'm actually using to access the internet) it's just working fine.
