Since the kernel update this weekend (3.9.2-1), I encounter a kernel panic (pictured here) within a few seconds of enabling wireless. This is on a Dell Inspiron N5010, which has a Broadcom wireless card.
Is this an Arch-centric issue, or should I report this panic somewhere else next? A cursory search doesn't seem to find other mentions of it online.

I use the b43 driver.
I am curious as to your exact chipset ( lspci -nn) and which driver you are using.

From lspci -nn:
12:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller [14e4:4727] (rev 01)
13:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller [10ec:8136] (rev 02)
lsmod indicates I'm using brcmsmac. Is b43 preferred, and if so, how should I configure the kernel to use it instead?

Unfortunately, according to wireless.kernel.org, no... b43 is a work in progress for that chip.
They recommend the wl or the brcmsmac (the driver you are using).
You might have to try the proprietary broadcom-wl

Should I escalate this issue to somewhere else? I've used this chip for months without any issues - the new kernel release seems to have broken it.
Edit: It's definitely the new kernel. Things work after downgrading to 3.8.11-1.

Same problem here:
uname -a
Linux yt 3.9.2-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat May 11 20:31:08 CEST 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux
and
lspci -nn
02:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller [14e4:4727] (rev 01)
I have a Samsung Laptop but apparently the exact same wireless card.
Also I get a similar screen when my laptop crashes. (with blinking caps lock led)
It's quite random and only when accessing the network using WPA/WPA2 Enterprise with PEAP and MSCHAPv2. At home I haven't had a crash yet. ("normal" WPA2 encrypted wireless access)
