[SOLVED] Plug'n'play autoconnect with Netctl

Hi all,

I recently recycled an old computer with Arch/LXDE for my family, and it's working like it's brand new despite its whooping 10 years of age. Now everyone uses it, which makes a few more zealots to the noble Arch cause wink

WiFi isn't built-in, so we use a USB stick, which comes and goes around between computers in the house. When somebody starts the computer with the stick ON, it works, but when they plug the stick AFTER they start the computer, nothing happens.

I'm trying to make Netctl automatically detect when someone plugs the stick in and start the netctl-auto profile. Is it even able to do that?

...or do I have to create a new Udev rule? -- yikes!

Scratch that. It actually worked after a reboot. Not sure what went wrong (I did restart services multiple times), but hey, marked as solved!
