After putting my laptop in suspension mode and waking it up, netctl will fail to connect to a wireless connection unless I reboot.

I have already tried the following commands before connecting, but they did not solve anything:
killall dhcpcd
killall wpa_supplicant
netctl stop-all
ip link set wlan0 down
rfkill unblock 0
I am trying to connect to a wep-protected network with dhcp. Ethernet (also with dhcp) works properly after wake up.
