HP Laserjet P1006 not working properly

Hi:

I'm confronting problems with my printer.

I've installed hplip and hplip-plugin packages from AUR. I've installed my printer. The status I see in hp-toolbox (HP Device Manager) is correct, the printer is online. And I send a test-page and the software says the job has been printed correctly, and the printer do nothing.

I've managed to make the printer print, by doing this:
1. After the pc has boot. I open hp-firmware and click on [Download Firmware]. The application closes normally.
2. I open the console and execute: "sudo rmmod usblp"

And after this two steps the printer prints normally.

Is there anyway of doing this not on every boot ?

Are you sure your system is up to date?
The latest hplip package (3.13.5-2) should fix a problem with firmware loading.

No, I'll update my system and I'll be back then.

I've just updated. Nothing yet. I still have to click [Download firmware] everytime my pc boots to be able to print.

Aynone ?
