Sorry for this long time without answer...
but after I setup my network(with help of a question created by me on unix.stackexchange.com) I discovered that problem isn't cups and isn't network, the problem is the avahi-daemon, if it's runnig the cups is slow, if it isn't cups is normal...
nevertheless, thank you for your suggestion of put all on same subnet, this look very good now!
PS: I'm not using hostapd anymore, for this I'm using a Dlink router(connected to my computer)...

Nice you have it working.
That is a very good to use a router for this job, makes everything so much easier.
Would you edit your first post and mark [SOLVED], and thanks for sharing your solution

The problem is and isn't resolved!
the problem occur if avahi-daemon is running, but if avahi-daemon isn't running the detection of prints in network doesn't work... Then, yet need fix this

Hmzzz, I have no idea what that could be really.
Did you run
avahi-discover
As far as I know nss-mdnsmust be installed for that.
But, I'm not sure if I'm on the right track now...

Gotta say, same thing here, except I do use a proper router and I'm not running avahi-daemon. It takes FOREVER to hit cups web interface through any computer in the network, except the cups server itself.
Isn't it potentially something to do with DNS attempting to reverse lookup?
