samba usershares

Hello, I'm fighting with samba for quite a long time and I'm still not sucessful. So I want to ask you if this is actually possible.

1. "upload" - everybody can see, open, write into.
    the simplest, works.

2. shared folders. Everybody can see, everybody can open. IF user are autenticated, he can also write.
Dont know how to make this. Should I make two different shares with different setting pointed to one place - one for guest, and one for authenticated user?

3. usershares. Every user has its own directory, which can see, open and write to it only himself.
doesnt work. I have account "tom". If I log in, I cant see my folder, but I can see it, if I manually type it. However, if I type another user's folder, I can see it too!

I followed some tutorials, read manuals, but its not working. If I make usershares as is described in arch wiki, folder of my user is not made on server and it doesnt work - if I authenticate with my login and password, I cant see my folder, but I'm able to write into "shared folders"

Thank you for your suggestions. Samba manual page is an overkill for me, I'm drowning in it sad

/sorry for my english
