netctl issue RTL8111/8168 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller

I have RTL8111/8168 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 06) on my new motherboard and it does not setup interface ip address  at boot. I can issue dhcpcd interface and obtain ip after boot. I also have two silicon dust hauppauge tunners  and only one of the is able to obtain ip addresses at boot.
Is there solution to my problem any options for dhcpcd.conf so two interface can get ip address ?
When I had nvidia card on board network card was setting up ip address at boot fine now I am only useing on board hd2500 and now i have network issue

I got this solved I had setup to load module at boot and disabled and enabled netctl config and it works.
