i have not network

After last update(5day)Archlinux did not work.
I get usb stick with june distribution .
i am begin installation for repair Archlinux

from root
systemctl stop netctl.service
ip link set enp7s0 down
ip addr add 10.84.10.34 dev enp7s0
ip route add default via 10.84.10.5

ip link show enp7s0

1c:................     ff:ff:......

i am get othe address

if i do netctl start ednet(my static profil) nothink chenge

Are you trying to connect to a wired network ?
By the way your problem may be that from quite a long time ago, interfaces are no longer named eth0 or wlan0.
What gives a systemctl status netctl.service ?
