Moving to AUR issues.
What AUR package did you install: ps3mediaserver, or ps3mediaserver-git ?? It appears that ps3mediaserver is now gone and has been replaced by ps3mediaserver-git. The last comments show the git server was down on the 4th. You might try it now.

$ pkgfile /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/jre/bin/java
extra/jre7-openjdk-headlessDo you have jre7-openjdk-headless installed? It is a dependency for jre7-openjdk so I don't know why you don't have this file, try reinstalling jre7-openjdk-headless.

I don't thinks its an AUR problem. The file java is missing and thats affects all java applications. I tried to reinstall jre7-openjdk-headless:
sebastian@system $ sudo pacman -Syu jre7-openjdk-headless

Did you successfully reinstall jre7-openjdk-headless? Did it fix your java issue?
Offline
Yes after removing all files that already existed in the filesystem I was able to reinstall jre7-openjdk-headless. The file /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/jre/bin/java and others in this folder exists and my java based applications work now.
I try to find out the reason for this problem with the conflicting files. I think it has something to do with my last pacman -Syu.

Something went wrong with your local files database. I'm not sure if there's a way to find out what exactly has happened, was it a disk error or something else.
I think you can mark the thread as solved https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=130309
BTW, the pkgfile tip comes from the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/FA … ge_is_X.3F
