Re: Logitech K350 (Unifying) doesn't work after update to linux 3.10

It doesn't work for me.

I've found similar problem reported here. Like author, I have also Z87 based motheboard (MSI z87-g43), I don't know is this related.

Re: Logitech K350 (Unifying) doesn't work after update to linux 3.10

Do you have any custom udev rule? What version of systemd are you using?

Re: Logitech K350 (Unifying) doesn't work after update to linux 3.10

I have the same problem. lsusb shows the "Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver" properly the "hid_logitech_dj" and "hid_generic" modules are loaded and still the mouse and keyboard are not responding :-(

Re: Logitech K350 (Unifying) doesn't work after update to linux 3.10

The bug is in the upstream kernel and has been submitted.
There's nothing you can do, unfortunately, apart from downgrade temporally or manually reverting the git commit that broke unify by recompiling linux.
look:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/35991
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60507
They are working on it: https://lkml.org/lkml/2013/7/18/262

I'd just downgrade for a while.

Re: Logitech K350 (Unifying) doesn't work after update to linux 3.10

Good news: back in business with kernel 3.11.4-1 :-)

Linux urvogel 3.11.4-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Oct 5 21:22:51 CEST 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux

My combo mk330 keyboard + Wireless Touchpad are working nicely:

$ solaar-cli -V
solaar-cli 0.9.2
$ solaar-cli show
Unifying Receiver [/dev/hidraw2:BF0096E4] with 3 devices
1: M215 2nd Gen [M215 2nd Gen:15B51B34] offline
2: Wireless Keyboard K330 [K330:8AE18D6A]
3: Wireless Touchpad [Wireless Touch:B00807AD]
